La Plata County Extension offers the ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager training. This class comes with a study guide, 1 – day training (in-person), lunch and proctored exam.

Study guides are also available in Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. For study guides in a language other than English, please contact Nicole at nicole.clark@colostate.edu or 970-382-6461.

Day 1: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (class), 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm (exam)

You have 2 hours to complete the exam; you may or may not need all of this time. However, please plan your schedule for the day assuming you will.

Upon passing the exam (70% or greater), you will receive a certificate of training, good for 5 years.

Please pick up your book from the La Plata County Extension Office, 2500 Main Ave., Durango, CO 81301, or pay an additional $11.00 to have it mailed to you.
